Taxonomic remark Bashlykova and Kulagina (2024): "We studied material from the Lower Visean of the Borehole Oktyabrskaya-106 in the Orenburg Region (Kulagina et al., 1988), i.e., the area from which the holotype of the species Pseudolituotubella orientalis originates (Chkalov Region, currently Orenburg Region). This species was originally described under the generic name Mstinia Dain, 1953. The assignment of this species to Pseudolituotubella was substantiated by Vdovenko (1970) on material from the Donets Basin and Dnieper–Donets Depression. Hance et al.(2011) accepted this species as Pseudolituotubella orientalis Tchernysheva in Dain, 1953 emend. Vdovenko,1970." [details]
