Additional information Brady quoted this name as Nodosaria obliqua Linné sp. a new combination of Nautilus obliquus Linneaus, 1758.Brady's figures (pl. 64, fig. 20-22) were referred by Thalmann first (1932) to N. flintii Cushman and later (1933) to N. vertebralis (Batsch), and by Barker (1960) and Hofker (1976) to N. flintii Cushman.
Koch (1923) described a variety based on Brady's description. [details]
