Taxonomic remark
The systematic position of Lituotubella curta (Ganelina, 1966) from the Kizelian of the Kama-Kinel Depression and L. curta lata Vdovenko, 1970 from the Lower Visean of Donets Basin remains questionable due to the unclear septation of the spiral part of the test (Lipina, 1989). These species were classified both in the genus Lituotubella (Vdovenko, 1970; Hance et al., 2011) and Pseudolituotubella (Hance, 1988; Hance et al., 2011).
