Neotype Neotype choice. In the absence of specimens from the type locality, we chose an adult specimen from one of the few well-studied populations of C. caribaearum. The specimen agrees with the original description of the species and is in great condition (i.e., test is intact and still has spines and pedicellariae). [details]
