Description Silver-mouthed Turban up to 8 cm, main body whorl with 20 distinct spiral ribs, mostly flat-topped, some with fluted scales. Colour cream with patches of green and brown, and broken lines of black; apex almost always pink, aperture pearly white. Outer surface of operculum granular, slightly greenish-brown. Habitat: Middle eulittoral uner coral and boulders, Distribution: Indo-Pacific. (Richmond, 1997). [details]
