Species (13) of digenetic trematodes belonging to family Hemiuridae (Looss, 1899) of 306 ribbonfish, Trichiurus haumela (Forskal), are reported from 10 fishing grounds of China Seas. Previously described species found are Tubulovesicula anguillae Yamaguti, 1934; Lecithocladium pagrosomi Yamaguti, 1934; L. parviovum Yamaguti, 1931; Erilepturus trichiuri Gu et Shen, 1978; L. holocentri Yamaguti, 1970; Plerurus carangis Yamaguti, 1970; and P. longicaudatum (Yamaguti, 1935), Manter et Pritchard, 1960. [The new genus TRILECITHOTREMA (type species T. trichiuri sp. nov.), and the new species Lecithochirium trichiuri, Musculovesicula trichiuri, Plerurus trichiuri, P. hainanensis and P. spatulocirrus are described.].
