Description 3-8. Trochamminita salsa (Cushman and Bronnimann) emend. Saunders. 3) Edge view of hypotype (U.S.N.M. No. P5100) showing a single oval areal aperture surrounded by a prominent lip. This type of aperture is shown by Cushman and Bronnimann (1948a) in their illustration of Labrospira salsa. 4) Edge view of hypotype (U.S.N.M.
