New subgenus Bidiexodina of the genus Eopolydiexodina is described. Data on indepenedent appearance and evolution of thetical Eopolydiexodina, North American Scinnerina and Polydiexodina are given. The conclusion is made that their observing morphological similarity is of homeomorphic character.
