Habitat: rock (Kalk, 1959). [details]

Distribution: Newfoundland to Cape Cod, including the Cobscook Bay [details]

Habitat: Found in the sublittoral zone, at depths of 33-55 m; prefers hard substrate, inhabit numerous tubes aggregated into a lacy network. [details]

Reproduction: Reproduction is both sexual and asexual, each worm dividing into 2 pieces and regenerating missing parts. [details]

Taxonomy: Subfamily: Serpulinae, according to Trott (2004). [details]
