Description Solid lumpy shell, up to 10 cm, with large nodules on shoulders and spiral rows of smaller nodules on body whorl. Widely flaring lip with short siphonal canal and a deep channelled anal canal. White exterior marked by variable brown, purple and black blotches. Habitat: shallow sand near coral reefs.
