Description This genus is a synonym of Beyrichia M'Coy, 1846. Boll (1847) classified the putative Trilobita Battus tuberculatus Kloeden, 1834(?) in his new genus Beyrichia, which was latter recognized to be aan Ostracoda (Paleocopa) instead of a Trilobita (as supposed by Boll, 1847). Beyrichia Boll, 847 was not formally described by Boll (1847). [details]
