Etymology Sclerobregma nanhaiense is named for Nánhǎi (南海), the Chinese name for the South China Sea, where the specimens were collected. Geographical adjective. The authors use 'nanhaiensis' but as Sclerobregma is neuter it is mandatory to use 'nanhaiense' [details]
