Additional information Mollendorff (1890: 229) lists this as a species in the Cochlostyla (Corasia) regina Formenkreis. Richardson (1983: 135) lists Chloraea caerula (Mollendorff, 1888) as a synonym of Corasia smaragdina (Grateloup, 1840), but that's a misspelling for C. caerulea (Mollendorff, 1888), which he lists as a distinct species. Pilsbry (1892: 101) lists caerulea as a distinct species. [details]
