Etymology Not stated, but H. stoichadon is intended to be adjectival from Greek Στοιχαδας (Stoichadas), an old name for Îles d'Hyères, an archipelago of small islands near Toulon, Mediterranean coast of France (H. Zibrowius pers. comm.). [details]
