Taxonomy Replacement name for the preoccupied combination Clathria microchela (Hechtel, 1969 as Microciona) (not: Clathria microchela (Stephens, 1916 as Microciona), a case of secondary homonymy. However, Zea et al. 2014 discovered that Microciona microchela is a junior synonym of Clathria (Thalysias) venosa (Alcolado, 1984), and this removes the homonymy with Stephens' species. [details]
