Diagnosis Test conical, early stage with much reduced low trochospiral coiling, megalospheric proloculus apical in position; exoskeleton simple, with numerous radial beams perpendicular to the septa, new ones being intercalated in the larger chambers so that spacing remains nearly constant, a rudimentary horizontal rafter consists only of a ridge paralleling the septa at the inside surface of the outer wall of each chamber; aperture consists of a few large pores on the basal surface of the cone.
