Taxonomic remark Lang (1948) makes reference to Attheyella (Brehmiella) illinoisensis subsp. hyperborea in Willey's (1931: 359) "Preliminary report on copepod plankton collected by the Station Biologique du St. Laurent à Trois Pistoles, in July, 1931", but that specific paper cited by Lang ranges from page 82 to page 84 and mentions Calanus hyperboreus. Lang's (1948) reference to Willey (1931) for Attheyella (Brehmiella) illinoisensis subsp. hyperborea was probably a slip of the pen. Perthaps he meant to refer to Chappuis' (1931) "Campagne spéologique de C. Bolivar et R. Jeannel dans l'Amerique du Nord (1928)". [details]
