Description Up to 3 cm, similar to N. albescens gemmuliferus, but with more widely spaced, spiny nodules arranged in spiral rows. Colour variable, white or cream often with orange-brown spots. Habitat: rocky or sandy eulittoral and deeper. Distribution: Indo-Pacific. (Richmond, 1997). [details]
