Diagnosis Test tiny, subglobular proloculus followed by relatively broad and low closely appressed chambers, gradually increasing in breadth as added and forming a rectilinear to slightly curved series; sutures distinct, depressed, horizontal; wall agglutinated, thin, of fine quartz grains, the test commonly flattened or collapsed in preservation; aperture terminal, rounded, not produced on a neck.
