Comparison Differs from Alveolocyathus in having an imperforate theca. [details]
Diagnosis Corallum ceratoid to trochoid, with a pointed base and circular in cross section; GCD up to 10 mm; theca imperforate; costae ridged and serrate, originating by trifurcation; septa hexamerally arranged in 4 cycles; one crown of 6P2; columella papillose. [details]
