Type locality Unstated but mapped as southern Watson's Bay, Lizard Island, Queensland, Australia. The geolocation of -14.6635° 145.4479° is estimated from the authors' map. However, AM catalogue information indicates the holotype AM.45857 was not from Watson's Bay, but actually collected east-south-east of Palfrey Island, and in 1978. [details]
