Classification Not tested in Grande et al., 2004). Klussmann-Kolb & Dinapoli (2006: Journal of Zoological Systematics and Evolutionary Research 44(2), 118-129) brought convincing evidence that Gymnosomata and Thecosomata are sister-groups, so that Pteropoda can be considered as a clade (skipped here to avoid too many ranks), and that Pteropoda is sister-group to the Aplysiomorpha.  [details]
