Diet: Feeds on prawns, mysids, amphipods, euphausiids and fishes including cardinalfish and lanternfish [details]
Distribution: from the Davis Strait west of the Southern tip of Greenland to the Labrador shelf and north east Newfoundland shelf and the Grand Banks [details]
Habitat: Inhabits deep, cold waters over steep continental slopes, ocean ridges and sea-mounts. Appears to be dispersed over both rough bottoms and steep, rough grounds where it feeds on crustaceans and fish. [details]
