Ecology: benthic, inshore, continental shelf, detritus feeder. General distribution: tropical, Indo-west Pacific Ocean, depth range 0-70 m. (Rowe & Gates, 1995). [details]
Distribution Also recorded from 'Coin Peros' by Bell (1909) - locality can't be traced.
