Original description Test free, calcareous, medium size, subcircular, planoconvex, trochoid; periphery lobulate, marginate, acute; dorsal spiral side evolute, convex, showing about three complete whorls of noninflated, subcrescent-shaped chambers; about six chambers in last-formed whorl; dorsal wall polished, finely perforate, shades of brown to colorless, opaque; dorsal sutures narrow, limbate, about flush, more obliquely angular than curved, marginate margins confluent with periphery; ventral side flat, involute, umbilical plug flat, small, smooth, hyaline; chambers ventrally slightly inflated, walls semihyaline, more coarsely perforate; sutures radiate, curved, slightly sinuous; narrow, limbate suture lines suggesting reentrants with final two showing more than one; aperture interiomarginal at base of final chamber.
