Diagnosis Early stage streptospirally enrolled, later planispiral, with numerous subquadrate chambers per whorl, septa radial, final stage uncoiled and rectilinear; wall calcareous, microgranular to granular, with calcite inclusions, extensive chomatal deposits against the previous chamber wall; aperture simple, basal in the enrolled test, terminal in the uncoiled chambers.
