Amoung the genera and 71 species os ostracodes discriminated from the bottom sediments of Uranouchi Bay and adjoining open of sea of Koichi Prefecture, one genus and 31 species are described as new to science. For analysis os the fauna calculations are made by the Jaccard coefficient for similarity of the ostracode species association (R-matrix), and station similarity (Q-matrix). Also frequency of species according to area as related with the oceanographical conditions is made with the results described in the text. Using Motomoura's Law log Y+aX=b the relation of the reocgnized biotopes to distribution and physical conditions is also dicussed.
