Taxonomic remark Graff (1905) replaces the name Vortex by Dallyellia for reasons of priority. However in 1913 he mentions six species dubiae under the name Vortex (V. bilinieata, V. caudatus, V. conus, V. ferrugineus, V. semperi and V. trigonoglena). In WoRMS, five of these species are accepted under the name Vortex, and indicated there as nomina dubia. V. bilineata is considered synonymous with D. dodgei, following Luther (1955)  [details]
