Diagnosis Stiremetra with cirri of 30-40 cirrals, in 10 columns; first 4 cirrals lack aboral spines. Primibrachial 1 with two long, rather stout blunt spines, one on distal edge, one near proximal edge, and similar but shorter spine on each side. Axils short, nearly or quite twice as broad as long, with high midaboral carination notched in the middle. Arms 10, ~50 mm long; brachials lack aboral spines.
