Homonymy This is a senior primary homonym of Sycon asperum Lambe, 1896. The latter has been renamed as S. lambei by Dendy & Row, 1913, thus removing the homonymy. It is also a senior secondary homonym of S. asperum (Gibson, 1886 as Sycandra). Because Schmidt's senior homonym has now been accepted as Leucandra aspera this latter secondary homonymy has been removed. [details]
