Senonian), 39 km N. of Port Gentil, Gabon. 1, Slightly oblique side view of hypotype from which final chamber has been broken, apertural region showing trace of outline of final chamber and internal toothplate, x 300; 2, entire test of same, x 100; 3, side view showing excavated sutures, x 100; 4-6, opposite sides and edge view of specimen in which twisting results in nearly quadrate section, x 62; 7, apertural region, last chamber removed and showing toothplate and previous foramen, x 500; 8, exterior of final chambers showing deeply indented apertural face, surface somewhatrecrystallized, x 500 (figures; 4-6, from Loeblich and Tappan, 1964).
