Status E-mail of W. Wayne Price to Jan Mees and Kenneth Meland dd. 2019-01-09 about the status of Doxomysis longiura Pillai, 1963 and whether this species is in the genus Doxomysis or Pseudoxomysis: "According to the "World List of Lophogastrida, Stygiomysida and Mysida" and to Nouvel (1973), this species belongs to the latter genus, but Murano transferred it back to the former genus in 2001. Murano (2001) is not included in the sources of Pseudoxomysis longiura in the “World List” which leads to suspect that this reference was overlooked. Also, I have not been able to find a paper dealing with affiliation of Doxomysis longiura since Murano’s research and neither has Dr. K. Fukuoka."
