Identified by Todd as Amphistegina madagascariensis d'Orb, which is a nomen nudum (Larsen, 1976). This illustration is a perfect illustration of an A. lesonii (pers. comm. Obviously Amphistegina lobifera Larsen, A. madagascariensis is a junior synonym of A. lessonii.
