Chitinosaccus flexibilis Hofker, 1972
Description Figs. 10-15, syntypes. Figs. 10-12: specimens showing the elongate form and the single aperture on a neck; the wall is covered by a thin greyish layer of mud, and in one specimen two foraminiferal tests are adhering; 10 from Ingolf Station 118 (68°27' N, 8°20' W), depth 1996 m; 11, 12 from Ingolf Station 119 (67°53' N, 10°19' W), depth 1902 m. Figs. 13-15, longitudinal sections of specimen of fig, 11; 11, with the inner hyaline pseudochitinous wall; 14, 15, wall parts with fine agglutination on the outside. Source: Hofker, J. (1972).
