Diagnosis Test conical, proloculus globular, early spire limited to an asymmetrical apical knob or lacking, other chambers rectilinear and discoidal, interior of chambers with an outer zone subdivided by exoskeletal radial vertical beams alternating with shorter secondary beams, but lacking transverse rafters in the subepidermal region, central zone of the test with numerous somewhat irregular vertical endoskeletal pillars that appear continuous from one chamber to the next; wall of imperforate microgranular calcite; aperture consists of regularly distributed openings on the basal surface.
