Diagnosis Test with early chambers in a planispiral coil, at least in the microspheric stage, later biserial, chambers globular and inflated, sutures depressed; wall calcareous, perforate, commonly ornamented with fine longitudinal striae; aperture a symmetrical arch at the base of the final chamber.
