The present study is a part of the comprehensive works concerned with the complete record of the small benthic foraminiferal content in the Middle-Late Eocene sedimentary sequence in Jabal Hafit (Mazyad Member of the Dammam Formation), Al Ain area, United Arab Emirates. The initial phase of this study was done in the assemblage of suborders Textulariina and Lagenina by the present author (2005 and 2009, respectively). This paper is the third part of the same sequence, which concerned with taxonomy, paleobathymetry, paleoecology, paleogeography and stratigraphic distribution on the suborder Rotaliina assemblage which includes 66 species (belonging to 42 genera) and two out of them are described and illustrated as new: Turrilina hassani and Elphidium cherifi. This wide geographic distribution of the recorded Rotaliid assemblage emphasizes the interpretations of different authors about the extended realms of Indo-Pacifc with Atlantic via Tethys during the Middle-Late Eocene times.
