Diagnosis Test free, uniserial, globular proloculus followed by gradually enlarging wide and low chambers, triradiate and symmetrical in section, strongly overlapping previous chambers at the outer margins, so that the chambers appear equitant in section, sutures incised and oblique; wall calcareous, double layered, with dark micritic inner layer and pseudofibrous clear or yellowish outer layer; aperture a round opening, axial and terminal in position.
