Description Archaediscoidea with only a hyaline wall. Tests entirely involute, oscillating, sigmoidal, aligned or retrosigmoidal. Boundaries of the chamber (i.e., sutures and bases of tube) of angulatus and tenuis types. Nodosities present in several genera (e.g., Kasachstanodiscus, Brenckleina) and in two subfamilies: Kasachstanodiscinae and Eosigmoilininae.
Occurrence. Late Serpukhovian.
