Synonymy Topsent (1924: 81) suggested that this species was a junior synonym of Mycale lingua. However, examination of the type specimen revealed that it is a member of Artemisina arcigera, although some contamination from M. lingua was evident (an occasional large anisochela and small sigmas). [details]
