Editor's comment Possibly dubious monotypic genus erected for apparent abranchiate orbiniid possessing forked chaetae. Rullier placed it in Protoariciinae. Described from a single 2.5 mm specimen of 36 chaetigers. No further records. [details]Synonymy Synonymy with Orbiniella Day, 1954 proposed by Bleidorn & Helm (2019: 262): "The genus Orbiniella shows a heterogeneous appearance and might be polyphyletic. . . . However, we included Scoloplosia minima (Rullier, 1972) as part of Orbiniella, as it fits the genus diagnosis." [details]
