New data on the opisthobranch fauna from the Archipelago Fernando de Noronha are presented in this paper, 111 specimens distributed among 12 species were studied and 11 of them are a new record for the archipelago. A new species of genus Aegires is described. The externaI anatomy and radula of this specimen are compared with other species of the genus.
