Publication date It should be noted here that the issue of the Transactions of the American Microscopical Society in which the descriptions of T. aculeatus (Cook) and T.dukei (Cook) were published (Vol. 88, No.4) was actually published on January 28, 1970, not in 1969 as was the rest of the volume; the species are therefore T. aculeatus (Cook, 1970) and T. dukei (Cook, 1970) [details]
