Indocreadium longicirrus is described and figured based on 10 specimens recovered from Dussumeria acuta off the coast of Karachi, Pakistan. Plagioporus longicaudus was found in Ostracion turritus off the coast of Madras, India, and is figured. Anabathycreadium megaformis gen. nov., sp. nov. from the intestine of Platycephalus scaber off the coast of Madras, is placed in the subfamily Plagioporinae. The genus most resembles Bathycreadium, but differs from it in the blind ending of the caeca, the larger size of the body, and oral and ventral suckers, the presence of a long, broad prepharynx, the extent of the cirrus sac up to the ovary, and the extent of the vitellaria. Plagioporus (Paralagioporus) madrasensis sp. nov. from the intestine of O. turritus off the coast of Madras, differs from the only species of the subgenus (P. isagi) in having a saucer-shaped oral sucker, the comparatively posteriad location of the acetabulum, the longer oesophagus, extent of the caeca up to the posterior extremity, lobate testes, and the tandem position of the gonads. Plagioporus (Caudotestis) microlepisi sp. nov. from the intestine of Cynoglossus microlepis off the coast of Puri, differs from P. zacconis in the length of the intestinal caeca (which end at the posterior extremity), the vitellaria not extending up to the pharynx, the location of the genital pore at the level of the base of the oesophagus, and the pretesticular uterus.
