Editor's comment "Potamoceras" is a transposition lapsus for Pomatoceros, but does occur in the fossil literature. In one recent instance an article published in 2009, misspells Pomatoceros as Potamoceras in a source citation, although, when tracked back, the original authors (a non-fossil related article in 1983) had the name correct!
