Gigantocypris muelleri Skogsberg 1920 - a myodocopid Description: Female (13-15mm)showing the large reflectors of the naupliar eyes. This species is cammon at depths of 800-1500m in the North Atlantic. It ia assumed that this species is the same as Skogsberg's species from the Spouthern Ocean.
