Diagnosis Test with elongate fusiform early stage of spherical proloculus and three to six regularly expanding whorls, followed by much larger irregularly uncoiled later stage, septa narrowly fluted at the poles but fluting limited to the base of the septa in the central part of the test, uncoiled part with intense irregular fluting; wall of tectum and coarsely alveolar keriotheca, enrolled stage has a single tunnel and bordering chomata, but neither are present in the uncoiled part.
