Diagnosis Test small in a flat trochospiral coil of about two whorls, centrally concave spiral side of rapidly enlarging and strongly inflated chambers and depressed radial sutures, four in the final whorl, final chamber occupying about one-half the area of the flat umbilical side, sutures flush on the umbilical side, periphery broadly rounded; wall calcareous, finely perforate, periphery smooth but spiral side strongly pustulose and umbilical side with fine radial striae; aperture interiomarginal, umbilical, with broad subtriangular umbilical flap or folium.
