Diagnosis Test planoconvex to inequally biconvex, reduced trochospiral of two chambers per whorl, rapidly enlarging as added, spiral side domed, umbilical side flattened, periphery with broad thick carina; wall calcareous, thick, finely perforate, optically radial, spiral side strongly tuberculate, umbilical side smooth; aperture consisting of openings of tubular canals along the sutures on the umbilical side.
