Status Pettibone (1991) suggested that "there is a possibility that G. pelagica is a pelagic juvenile stage." This seems self evident (it is 5 mm long). As noted by Pettibone and by Britayev et al. (2014) it does not conform to the genus. Thus it is indeterminable at present. [details]
